The product is an important chemical additive for oilfield application, which is applied in shale consolidated formation with more than 5% muddy content to prevent clay swelling and the movement of sand. It is can be applied for treatment of pay zone in new well, new compensation zone, well transferred injection, acid plugging-removal of oil/water well as well as fracturing operation.
Use
It is recommended to configure with fresh water, and the concentration is usually 8%. It can also be configured according to the content of clay.The recommended use for each meter of formation is around 1.5 ～ 2m3In the well transferred injection, production of new well, the configured solution can be directly injected into formation for the treatment of anti-swell and sand maintenance. In acidizing, fracturing and perforating, the additive can be mixed with acid fluid, fracturing fluid and perforating fluid and then injected into formation.
